This ASSIST option is used to append new blank records to the bottom of your file. After choosing it you will be asked: Number of blanks? Enter the requested number. If your database has the field NUMBER, you can also check the Enumerate new records checkbox. The requested number of blank records will be added, and if you have asked to assign new numbers to records, that will be also done.
